All Orders inside the continental U.S. are shipped via
UPS Ground Service or
US Postal Service Priority Mail (Your choice - during checkout).
US Postal Service Priority Mail is usually a little faster, generally
2-3 days.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available for an
additional charge. Please call us for a price quote.
Orders sent to P.O., APO/FPO Boxes, or to Alaska, Hawaii, or
Puerto Rico are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail only,
regardless of which shipping method you choose during checkout.
Orders may be shipped to your home or business address.
please provide a full shipping address and a daytime phone number in case we
need to contact you about your order. An apartment number, suite number,
etc., really does help.
All tapes and DVD's carry a 100% guarantee against defects.
Defective tapes must be returned to us prior to replacement or credit.
Returned tapes must be sent in a securely wrapped package or carton to avoid
loss or damage during shipment. For your security, we recommend the
services of UPS for your return shipments.
