This is Socrates, AKA Saki. My friend Lynne found him cold, wet, alone, frightened, hissing under her porch when he was a tiny kitten. We adopted him. His favorite activities are teasing his adopted catsister Sophie and growing his tail. His ambition is to make the Guinness Book of world records with the longest cat tail ever. He's only 6 months old, and his tail is already 12 inches long from its base to its magic white tip. Our cat encyclopedia by Desmond Morris says 12 inches is the upper limit for a domestic cat's tail. Above all, Saki likes pushing the limits.  - Terry
